Webinar 3:  Linking ESL strategies to SLA theory: Cognitive aspects

Attendees engage in teaching strategies grounded in cognitive theories of language learning, including schemata and background knowledge. Attendees analyze strategies to connect each strategy to theory. Attendees leave with the theoretical framework needed to evaluate the effectiveness and applicability of new teaching strategies they learn in the future.
