Junior Reina Toc
Junior Reina Toc, PhD, is an educator, and community builder dedicated to advancing equity and belonging in higher education. He has over 17 years of experience in strategic program management, community engagement, advancement, international education, and student success across institutions including Regis University, the University of Colorado system, Lehigh University, Red Rocks Community College, and the Community College of Aurora. A bilingual scholar and practitioner, Junior holds a Doctorate in Critical Studies from the University of Colorado Denver, where his research examined Indigenous identity in K–12 systems. His academic and professional work center on culturally responsive leadership, Indigenous knowledge, and creating pathways for first-generation, adult and multilingual learners. He is committed to fostering collaborative partnerships, empowering students, and ensuring that education remains accessible, inclusive, and transformative for all.
